  • Competitive Pay - Associates receive highly competitive hourly rates that are closely matched to average salaries paid for full-time employees.
  • Holiday Pay - Six paid holidays, and Associates are eligible after working only 440 hours during the 13 weeks prior to the holiday.
  • Vacation Pay - Associates who have worked 1,500 hours during the 12 months between their anniversary dates are awarded vacation pay of 40 hours.
  • Medical - Medical/vision/dental insurance is available to Associates through Blue Cross Blue Shield on the first day of an assignment.
  • 401K - After one year of service, every Lauren Associate is eligible to participate in our 401K Plan.
  • Software Training - We offer free state-of-the-art software training ranging from beginner to expert level.
  • Referral Bonuses - We reward our Associates for referring their friends to Lauren Staffing. After the referral has worked for Lauren Staffing for 40 hours, Associates are paid referral bonuses between $25-$100.
  • Incentive Bonuses - incentive bonuses are utilized when we want to award our Associates for completing a project/assignment for a client.
