All long term (assignments 3+ months) employees receive 8 paid holidays per calendar year with NO waiting period.
Paid Time Off Accruals:
All long term (assignments 3+ months) employees receive a accrue Paid Time Off (PTO) as a rate of 2 hours for every 40 worked. This time may be used for Vacation, Sick or Personal needs.
